SMS Messaging & Consent
This page describes ForeLeaf’s text-message (SMS) program: what messages we send, how you opt in, how often, and how to stop. ForeLeaf operates a home-services marketplace in the Kansas City metro.
How you opt in
You opt in to ForeLeaf text messages when you create a ForeLeaf account — in our iOS app or on the web at tryforeleaf.com/book — by checking the SMS consent box during signup. The box is unchecked by default and is not required as a condition of creating an account or purchasing any service. This is the exact opt-in shown at signup:
What messages you’ll receive
Account and booking notifications related to your ForeLeaf activity, such as: booking confirmations, “pro is on the way” alerts, schedule changes, job-completion notices, and payment receipts.

Message frequency, rates, and help
- Frequency: message frequency varies based on your account activity and bookings.
- Rates: message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan.
- Opt out: reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time. You will receive one confirmation that you have been unsubscribed and no further messages.
- Help: reply HELP for help, or email support@tryforeleaf.com.
Opting out of SMS will not close your ForeLeaf account, but we may be unable to send booking-status texts — rely on the in-app notification center instead.
